My husband and I would highly recommend the Jacobite Hideaway. The location was perfect for us as we are keen walkers and the views from the property made the evenings very relaxing. The standard of accommodation is very high and the owners are very helpful whilst remaining unobstrusive. We certainly hope to return.

Beautiful accommodation with fabulous views over loch Eil. Immaculately clean property with a large well-equipped kitchen. Walk-in shower in a modern bathroom - plenty of towels provided. Spacious elevated verandah off the living area; wonderful to sit and enjoy breakfast while soaking up the most magnificent scenery. As the weather was great, we enjoyed an evening drink on the verandah and watched the sun go down. The property has the advantage of a central location from which you can explore the whole of the Highlands.

Myself and my girlfriend stayed at the Jacobite Hideaway in February and we were the first people to stay there! It was absolutely fantastic, the view was amazing, and there is plenty to do. We like sight seeing so we went to Urquhart Castle, the Battle of Cullden, the treasures of the earth, and the Loch Ness centre. Morrisons is only just down the road so its easy enough to get food, there is a few good restaurants down the High Street, and the couple who have the house were a fantastic, lovely couple! I would definitley recommend it to anyone, and we will be going back at some point!

Excellent accommodation in a lovely location. Could not fault the accommodation in any way. The owners were very welcoming and friendly.

This property is ideally located for touring the whole of the west coast of Scotland. The flat is brand new and tastefully decorated. The owners were happy to receive any suggestions of ways to improve.
